Well the thread was closed befor I can reply so here I am again. To the MANAGEMENT: Yes. The ticket has been handled but as of now its still open. The last time I got I reply from Nikki, who was assigned to it was 10 DAYS AGO. Really? 10 DAYS???!!! No response??! Is the support team really that short-handed?? I'm still waiting for a response on that ticket....

Depending on what the issue is we might be able to give you some pointers here, otherwise the forum is not the place to let the support team you are getting impatient (they are a separate group). I would recommend sending them another message in your ticket.
