I've had the same player attack me eight times today. How is that possible?

I think that the matching is all random, hell I've attacked the same person 3 times in a row before!

Seems that way for the most part. You'd think that they'd at least filter out repeats (unless the sample set is really small)

I was having the same issue when I decided that I am not going to continue fighting so hard in the PvP. Now I only play a PvP match once a day just to complete the daily challenges.
As a side note, I have found the same issue with Primal Legends.
