BUG in the game

hi this problem has appears about 2-3 days ago((
every time in campaing or pvp or pve when i meet a zombie or tecno he dosent appears in the arena and because o f that i most refresh the browser and lose the battle

That happens to me too! Plus, every once in a while a tag does it, and I lose a match I should have won! Very frustrating.
