    Moderator, i do not see where in the support page can i find a suitable article to file my complaint under. Problem was receceiving my tier rewards, going to the reactor to spin, losing connection, comeing back o find all of the rewards gone. Under which article do i file this?

    1)Go to https://support-portal.kobojo.com/Zendesk
    2) Login in (using Facebook)
    3) Connect click the "Submit a request" button like shown below

    leaves start me on facebook, I think this no one received the rewards it happens to all players of mgg

    I click to access my facebook account , and keeps loading :(

    the support page never worked for me unfortunately
    but I i'm of the impression that all players that received rewards have lost them afterwards....
    so I wouldn't want to be part of the support team and receive several thousands of these cases :-(

    I submitted to support as well.

    In my case, I claimed the rewards, crashed when I tried to incubate the mutant, and the rewards were gone when I went back in.
