I just reached the expert level yet i didn't get the mutant larva??
Why is that ??!!!

You need to reach and STAY in the Expert field until the END of the PVP Season 88.

PvP is not like PvE where you get the awards as you go along. For PvP your standing at the end of the tournament dictates what you will receive. That is why it says something like "Will you stay at this level". I've had times where I got the the 1% only to get knocked down to 2 on the last day.

There's a reason why it's called PVP, if it's a one time immediate reward players would already spend all their med packs in PVP on the first hour of the PVP Season Reset
