Red Teams seem to work fairly well for me on 180, I went in with Erys Kaala Kiit and Noren first and did pretty good then I went back with Erys Hiru Wakai and Liu and struggled through it. if Red's not your thing you could try heroes that target specific areas like Torr Karg Harron (maybe, personally I he is useless) Konil Drall Roku Missar even Ku-Luo could come in handy but you'd have to be moving your heroes around to get to other targets so place them wisely.
