I got disconnected from the game and when I logged back in I'm missing most of the gold I had and have a bunch of items in my Inventory that weren't there before?
I paid for the gold so I sure hope I get it back!

by experience i'd say that on bug reports (when well written) it's quite quick, between 1 and 4 days (depending on w.e too) ; but for things like "questions" it can tank a long time .. still got a question pending since 10 days or more ...
